At CLOZR, a brand owned and operated by LuckySpike, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring every order is carefully processed before shipment. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
As a general policy, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Dissatisfaction with the product
- The product not meeting subjective expectations
- Incorrect purchasing decisions made by the customer
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product information, specifications, images, and descriptions before placing an order.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping packaging
- A description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution.
3. Exchanges & Replacements
Where a product is confirmed to be:
- Damaged during transit;
- Defective due to a manufacturing issue; or
- Incorrectly shipped by us,
CLOZR may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:
- A replacement product; or
- An exchange for the correct product.
We reserve the right to request the return of the original item before issuing a replacement or exchange.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not our standard resolution.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where:
- The product is confirmed to have arrived damaged or defective; and
- A replacement or exchange cannot reasonably be provided.
The decision to issue a refund rests solely with CLOZR / LuckySpike after reviewing the claim.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without prior authorization.
- Products returned without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Items returned due to personal preference or dissatisfaction.
- Products that perform as described but do not meet individual expectations.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
CLOZR is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs inspections
- Weather events
- Government restrictions
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
8. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact CLOZR before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation, including order confirmations, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and other relevant evidence.
